These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of travel services provided by Travelise Kashmir (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or using our services, you (“client”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, email, phone, or in person).

• A minimum deposit (as informed during booking) is required to confirm your reservation.

• Full payment must be received by the due date mentioned in your invoice/booking confirmation.

• Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing (email or letter).

• Cancellation charges will apply as per our cancellation policy shared during booking.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting non-refundable charges (if any).

• No refunds will be made for no-shows or unused portions of the package.

3. Changes & Amendments

• Any change in booking (dates, destinations, hotels, transport, etc.) is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.) and will inform you as early as possible.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

• It is your responsibility to carry valid travel documents such as passport, visa, identity proof, and permits.

• We are not responsible for any consequences due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

5. Pricing & Inclusions

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.

• Inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in your itinerary.

• Prices are subject to change due to factors beyond our control (fuel prices, taxes, currency fluctuations, etc.).

6. Liability & Limitations

• We act as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.) and are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties.

• We are not responsible for natural calamities, accidents, strikes, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.

7. Conduct & Safety

• You are expected to behave responsibly and follow local laws and customs.

• We reserve the right to terminate your trip if your behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive to others, without refund.

8. Insurance

• We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen events.

9. Privacy

• We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• We will not share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide the booked services.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Your City/State].
